UNLEASHED! Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership Term & Billing

UNLEASHED! is an annual membership billed once every 12 months. By enrolling, you agree to recurring annual billing, unless your membership is canceled prior to renewal.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your UNLEASHED! membership at any time.

  • Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
  • Your membership will not renew after cancellation.
  • No refunds are provided and canceled memberships are not prorated for any portion of the leftover billing period.

Access & Benefits After Cancellation

Once your membership term ends, you will lose access to all UNLEASHED! benefits, including but not limited to:

  • The Pack Promise (kennel replacement coverage)
  • Member-exclusive events and experiences
  • Ongoing gear benefits and member perks
  • Access to UNLEASHED! member platforms and communications

Pack Promise Loss

The Pack Promise is only valid for members in good standing with an active, uninterrupted membership.

  • Membership must be active at the time of any claim.
  • If a membership is canceled or lapses at any time, Pack Promise eligibility is void and cannot be reinstated retroactively.

Rejoining After Cancellation

You are welcome to rejoin UNLEASHED! at any time.

Note:

  • Members rejoining UNLEASHED! are subject to membership pricing at the time of reactivation.
  • Pack Promise does NOT apply to any membership after reactivation.
  • Members may access all other benefits.
  • Reactivations are subject to approval.

Membership Pause Policy

At this time, UNLEASHED! memberships cannot be paused.

If you cancel your membership, it will remain active through the end of your billing period and then terminate.

Gear & Initial Benefits

All gear and initial membership benefits provided at the time of signup are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Membership cancellation does not require the return of any gear received.

Policy Updates

Muddy Paws Adventures reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will not affect current active members retroactively but may apply to future memberships or renewals.
