Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Muddy Paws Adventures! We want you to love your gear as much as we do so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

General Policy:

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with original packaging.

• Start your return request directly through our website.

• No restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Kennels (see exchange credit policy below)

• Items containing batteries (e.g., E-collars or fans)

Kennel Exchange Credit:

• Kennels can only be returned for warranty claims.

• We offer an in-person exchange credit in the amount of the value of a kennel one size smaller than the kennel being exchanged:

  • Example: Exchanging/Trading in a Large kennel would receive a credit equal to a new Intermediate kennel.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges of kennels that have been shipped.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
